The People Behind Our Business

Macy Bland, Head Baker

Macy is a rising 11th grader attending school at Myrtle Beach High. She is an A honor roll student who enjoys baking and spending time with friends. Macy also enjoys going to concerts and music of various genres and riding her bike. She loves to bake and believes that if you can dream it, she can bake it.

Macy specializes in custom dessert creations and offers gift packaging tailored to the event being celebrated. Her next big step is to master the use of her edible ink printer to bring your ideas to life!

Tina Bland, Owner

Tina is the proud mother of Macy Bland. She graduated from Fairmont State University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology (Chemistry minor) and Bachelor of Arts degree in Secondary Education. She later graduated from West Virginia University in 2004 with a doctorate in Pharmaceutical Science. She has spent the last 24 years working in pharmaceutical drug development and clinical trials and established her own clinical trial consulting company in 2022 following her daughters lead to embrace an entrepreneurial spirit.

We ensure that the highest quality products are prepared following standard hygiene practices: hair is secured under a hat, hands are frequently washed using warm water and soap, and gloves are worn during direct handling of the products.
